I’ve been thinking about this. While lynzs response was hilarious and I admire her attitude jokes like the ops are not cool, really. In the moment joking about that stuff seems funny and harmless but it’s really like just walking up to a person you dont know and making statements about their sex life, which is not acceptable and bordering on harrassment. You would not pull this shit with a person on the street, so why would you do it to someone you supposedly admire??? it’s one thing to tease in the tags of a tumblr post, and another to explicitly write about the sexual habits of someone and then DIRECTLY ADDRESS them. Just because you cant see the person face to face doesnt mean you’re not talking to them. I wasnt joking when I said I’m not afraid of mcr being active again, I’m afraid of mcr interacting with stan twitter. It’s the wild west of inappropriate social media contact.

to be clear I love lynz and her response merits an award for pr excellence. My post is addressing the op, lynz and lynzs partner are both really good sports about twitter usually, but that doesnt mean it’s cool to make posts like that just because they both are cavalier about it lol
